Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 11, 2015, an election for the purpose of determining the sentiment of the voters residing within the corporate limits of the City of Pell City, Alabama as to whether alcoholic beverages may be legally sold or distributed on Sunday within the City at such election for the City of Pell City, Alabama, will be held, and that all registered and qualified electors of the State, who reside within the corporate limits of Pell City, Alabama, and who have resided therein for 30 days or more immediately preceding the date of such election, who are qualified to vote in the County precinct which embraces and covers that part of the corporate limits of said city in which the elector resides, will be authorized to participate in said election.


The polls will be opened at the Pell City Civic Center, 2801 Stemley Bridge Road, Pell City, Alabama, and the hours will be 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on August 11, 2015.


Any qualified elector of this State who will be unable to vote at his or her regular polling place because of an absence from the County of his or her residence on the day of any municipal election may obtain an absentee ballot at the Pell City City Hall, 1905 1st Avenue North, Pell City, Alabama, during regular office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. til 5:00 p.m.
