Cindy Howard

Cindy Howard is the Interactive Teller Machine Manager with America’s First Federal Credit Union. She managers two centers in Birmingham and Calera that services AmFirst’s entire membership statewide.

Cindy’s career in the banking industry spans over 25 years with over 20

of those years at AmFirst. Her experience includes member service, accounting, cash management, strategic planning, problem resolution, and employee management and retention. Cindy is also a 2023 graduate of Leadership St. Clair County.

Cindy moved to Pell City in 2016 from the Hueytown area and has quickly developed roots in this community. She is married to Russell Howard and has a son and stepdaughter, Nathan and AnnaLynn. Cindy and her husband Russell are Pell City Chamber members through their business, Southland Steam Cleaning and she is a huge supporter of small businesses and shopping local.

Cindy is very passionate about fundraising and volunteerism. The United Way of Central Alabama is definitely at the top of her list of non-profits to which she donates her time, talents, and funds. She has served in multiple roles with the United Way over the last several years and truly believes in their mission. Her most recent role was the 2023 Campaign Chair for St. Clair County.

In her spare time, Cindy enjoys camping, cooking, concerts, football (Roll Tide), and spending time with family and friends.
