Teresa Carden

Teresa is the proud Grandmother of 4 beautiful grandchildren, has been married to Bobby Carden for 36 years and has 2 children and 1 son-n-love. Born and raised in Pell City, she has a great love and appreciation for the city.

Her career in financing began in 1996. She has been employed with Classic Home Mortgage since 2018.

Teresa is the Founder of the nonprofit organization,  Positive Lights Positive Lives, which assists patients and also their caregivers to lighten their load. She also served in multiple officer positions with Pell City BPW, was a past Board Member of Pell City Chamber and presently serves as an Affiliate Board Member for the St. Clair Association of Realtors and is a on the local Mental Health Task Force.

Her specialty and true love is serving people. She is always active in organizing and being involved in community events, but nothing makes her happier than the day she sees her clients receive the keys to their new home. Teresa’s vast experience and expertise in the finance field, allows her to accomplish the buyers goal…owning a new home.  She also offers refinancing options.

Her favorite things are time spent with her family and friends, volunteering, loving the Logan Martin Lake life and conducting vocal performances with The Easy Street Band.
