Nicole Anderson

Lake Home Realty

For Nicole, her motto has always been that “Life is about building relationships and helping other people”, and real estate is one way she is able to do that. She has been selling real estate for 21 years now. Nicole was named St. Clair Realtor of the Year in 2010, 2018, and 2023. She was nominated for Leadership with the Alabama Association of Realtors Leadership Class of 2013. She was also a member of Leadership St Clair County in 2021, where she now serves on the board. In 2024, Nicole moved the brokerage to a new, larger location in Pell City across from Starbucks, and also opened a gift and retail shop, Martin Street Mercantile.

She has served with the Coosa Riverkeepers, Logan Martin Lake Preservation Association, Literacy Council of St Clair County, the Library Guild, the Children’s Advocacy Center, American Cancer Society, United Way fundraisers, Moody Miracle League, Ann’s New Life Center, Dancing with Our Stars, Pell City Career Day and both Pell City and Moody Chamber of Commerce fundraisers. She currently serves on the Boys and Girls Club of Pell City Board of Directors.

She has a heart for food ministries and has helped the Christian Love Pantry, Good Works Charitable Foundation food drives, and has helped both start and support the Pell City Blessing Box for almost 8 years. She donates her time and money to the many missions of the Pell City Museum, the Downtown Historical Committee, the St. Clair Economic Development Council, as well as the Community Garden of Pell City. She is a continual supporter of local charitable events such as Lakefest, Lakeside Live, Fall Frenzy and the CEPA’s Black Jacket Symphony concerts. In addition to all of this, she finds time to support our local schools and their events and fundraisers as well.

She spends her spare time enjoying our beautiful lake and traveling the globe. She is happily married and has a funny, spunky, smart 7 year old daughter, Maelee, and two bonus children that have stolen her heart, Reagan, 26 and Bailey, 22. They also have a 2 year old granddaughter Tatum.
