Zachary Gentile

Zachary Gentile graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree in 1993, and in 2007 from Troy University with a Master of Science in Management. He joined Ford Meter Box in 1994 where he serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager. In 2005 he was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors and participates in a variety of subcommittee activities.

During his time with Ford Meter Box, he has helped the company fulfill its goal to be a good civic partner with the local community and surrounding areas. He has served on the Pell City Educational Foundation since 2012 and as the 2020 Chair for St. Clair County’s United Way Campaign. In 2021 he was appointed to the UWCA Cabinet and serves as the county Co-Chair working with United Way in Blount, Walker, Shelby, St. Clair and Chilton County.

Zachary lives in Trussville with his wife Dana and two children, Amadora (14) and Regan (12). The family spends much of their time at cheerleading events and soccer matches. They attend Faith Community Fellowship (FCF) in Trussville where Zachary and Dana volunteer on various Go Teams. The family enjoys cheering for and traveling to see the Auburn Tigers and Pittsburgh Steelers.
