CEPA – The Pell City Center for Education and the Performing Arts is a 2,000-seat sports arena and 400-seat theater all under one roof. The center is located in beautiful Pell City, Ala., just minutes from Birmingham. Take I-20 exit 156 (next to the Pell City High School Campus).
